Francesca Piccinini is a exmaple, of a tall women, who plays volleyball, and looks short by all the other very very tall women, but in everyday life, would look very tall, and taller than most men.
Francesca Piccinini joined the national team as a wing spiker early. When only 16, she played for Rexona team in A1 league, one of the top leagues in the world. The Italian League sees many of the best players, from the USA, Russia, Brazil and Poland some of the best Volleyball Countries in the world come regularly. At present, she is part of a top team Foppapedretti Bergamo Club.
